EnerRenew, Inc. (“EnerRenew,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This EnerRenew Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how EnerRenew collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you access or use our website, mobile application (the “App”), vehicle charging services, and other online products and services (collectively, our “Services”). We may provide different or additional notices of our privacy practices for certain offerings, in which case those notices will supplement or replace the disclosures in this Policy.
We may change this Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy. If we make material changes, we may provide you with additional notice (such as by adding a statement to the Services or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review this Policy regularly to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.
The information we collect about you depends on how you interact with us. We may collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your use of the App, and from third-party sources. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may combine personal information we collect from these various sources.
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect the following personal information directly from you when you provide or update account information, use our Services, use interactive features, provide feedback, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us:

We may automatically collect or derive personal information when you use or interact with our Services, including:
Usage Data. We collect usage data including service history, buttons or links you tap, and other actions you take within the App.
Location Data. We collect information about your location in several ways. When you request services, we collect details of your vehicle location. With your permission, we may also collect information about the precise location of your mobile device during active charging requests. Device location information is collected during a service or whenever you use the App with location services enabled. We also collect your approximate location based on your device’s IP address. You may stop the collection of precise location information at any time (see the Your Privacy Choices section below for details).
Device Information. We collect information about the device you use to access our App, including hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, device event information (such as crashes, hardware settings, and timestamps), and wireless and mobile network information.
Log Data. We collect log files when you use the App, including access times, pages and screens viewed, IP address, and referrer information.
Sensor Information. Our X-Caddies have various sensors designed to enable autonomous operation, including external cameras, LiDAR sensors, and radar sensors, which are used for autonomous navigation, safety, obstacle detection, and locating your vehicle to perform the services.
Diagnostics Data. We collect crash logs, performance data, and other diagnostic information relating to our Services to help us improve the App.
Information Collected from Third Parties. We may also collect information about you from third parties, including marketing partners and publicly available sources.
We may collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information for the following purposes:
Provide and Improve Services. To provide, maintain, and improve our products and services, including to fulfill your service requests, provide customer support, perform testing and research, and develop new products and services.
Security and Protection of Rights. To protect the rights, safety, and property of EnerRenew, our users, and others.
Compliance and Legal Process. To handle complaints and disputes, and to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, or governmental requests.
Marketing and Advertising. For marketing, advertisements, content, and features; to communicate with you including marketing communications (which you can opt out of), service messages, and account messages; or to communicate other information we think will be of interest to you.
Analytics. To analyze usage and trends and improve the App experience.
Business Operations. To support auditing, reporting, and other internal operations, and to assess and implement mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, or other business transactions.
We may disclose information about you as follows:
Service Providers or Contractors. To service providers or contractors who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, analytics, customer support, and email delivery.
Marketing and Analytics Providers. To platforms and providers that support our marketing, analytics, advertising, and campaign management, subject to your consent where required.
Compliance and Legal Obligations. To comply with legal and compliance obligations and to respond to legal process, including subpoenas, court orders, and requests from law enforcement or governmental authorities.
Security and Protection of Rights. Where we believe it is necessary to protect the App, our rights and property, or the rights, property, and safety of others, including to prevent fraud, unauthorized activities, or misuse of the App.
Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, transfer of all or part of our assets, or other business transaction, including during due diligence.
With Your Consent or at Your Direction. When you give us consent or use or direct us to intentionally disclose your information.
Aggregate and Deidentified Information. We may use and disclose aggregate and deidentified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for quality control, analytics, research, development, and other purposes. We maintain and use this information only in a deidentified fashion and will not attempt to reidentify such information, except as permitted by law.
In accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines, we provide the following summary of our data practices, which is also reflected in our app store privacy labels:
Data Linked to You. We collect the following types of information that may be linked to your identity: contact information (such as name and email address), identifiers (such as user ID and device ID), location data, purchase history, usage data, and user content you provide.
Data Used to Track You. If you provide consent (through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS devices) we may collect identifiers and usage data to deliver personalized advertising across apps and websites owned by other companies, or share data with advertising partners.
Data Not Linked to You. We collect diagnostics data (such as crash logs and performance data) that is not linked to your identity.
Third-Party SDKs. Our App integrates third-party software development kits (SDKs) that may collect data as described above. We are responsible for disclosing all data collection by these third-party tools, and their practices are reflected in our app store privacy labels.
Data Shared with Third Parties. As disclosed in the Google Play Data Safety section, we may share certain data with third parties for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes, subject to your consent where required.
Security Practices. As disclosed in our Google Play Data Safety section, data transmitted through the App is encrypted, and you may request deletion of your data as described in the Your Privacy Choices section below.

We store personal information associated with your account for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, we will delete personal information related to your account; otherwise, we will delete this information after two years of account inactivity. We store other personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as required by applicable law, or as necessary for our legitimate business interests. For more information about our data retention practices or to request deletion of your personal information, contact us using the details in Section 8.
We make available several ways for you to manage your privacy choices and submit privacy requests related to your personal information. Some of these choices are device-specific, which means you need to set preferences for each device you use to access the App.
Account Settings. You can review and edit account information and other activity through the “Account” section of the App.
Marketing Communications. We may send periodic promotional emails, push notifications, or other communications to you in accordance with applicable law. You may opt out by following the instructions in the communication or managing your preferences in account settings. If you opt out of promotional content, we may still send you transactional communications about your account or services.
Device Permissions. You can manage the App’s access to device features such as location, camera, contacts, and notifications through your device settings. You can also adjust our ability to collect precise location by managing your device preferences or by uninstalling the App. Adjusting these permissions may affect certain App functionality.
Mobile Push Notifications. With your permission, we may send push notifications to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.
Tracking Preferences. You can control whether the App can track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites through your device settings. On iOS devices, you can manage this through Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. We will request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before engaging in any tracking.
Advertising Preferences. You can limit personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings. On iOS devices, you can manage this through Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
California Shine the Light. The California “Shine the Light” law permits residents of California to request certain details about their information if it is disclosed to third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes. EnerRenew does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Our App may contain links to third-party websites or features or provide certain third-party connections or integrated services. Any access to and use of such linked websites, features, or third-party services is not governed by this Policy. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third parties, including their collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. You should review the privacy policies and terms for any third parties before proceeding to those websites or using those third-party features or services.
